This is a lifestyle change designed to help you reach your goals at your own pace. The focus is on all aspects of health. "Whole-person, whole-life", which encompasses physical, mental, emotional, existential, social, and environmental health. We must examine and provide adequate attention to each of these areas in order to make lasting changes.
As your coach, I will use my knowledge and experiences to guide you through this process.

Nutrition is a very important component to a healthy life. What we consume is our bodies' fuel. Together we figure out a balanced and nutritious diet based on the foods you enjoy and your goals.
Health addresses all aspects of your physical, mental, and emotional health. We work together to find activities that encourage movement that you enjoy and can do consistently. A more active lifestyle, whether it is running or gardening, can support better mental and emotional health.
