Q: Do I have to go on a diet?

A; Nope! "Diets" don't work long term, nor do I believe there is one best "diet". Together we look at your current way of eating and determine a plan that fits your lifestyle and goals. We will find a way to get your body the nourishment it needs without restricting or following a fad diet.

Q: Do I have to give up my favorite foods or beverages?

A: I will not tell someone they have to give up something they love. Although, depending on your goals, we may have to practice moderation.

Q: Do I have to go the gym or exercise?

A: Physical activity is important for several aspects of health, but you do not have to go to a gym, become a marathon runner, or lift weights. We will work together to balance your activity levels with other aspects of your overall lifestyle.
